Non-contact Football
The 7-on-7 football season is a non-contact variation of traditional tackle football, designed to focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork. Played with seven players on each side, it emphasizes passing, catching, and quick plays, making it faster-paced than regular football.
This format is particularly beneficial for young athletes as it allows them to build agility, precision, and communication on the field without the physical intensity of tackling. It's a great way for players to learn the fundamentals of football, improve their techniques, and enjoy the excitement of the game in a safer and more accessible environment.
Additionally, our 7-on-7 football season will culminate in playoff championships, adding a thrilling competitive edge to the program. This creates an even greater opportunity for players to showcase their skills and teamwork while experiencing the excitement of striving for victory!
Laredo College Partnership
We are proud to announce that the practices and games for our 7-on-7 football season will be held at the Laredo College Soccer Complex, located in the heart of Southside Laredo.
Practices will commence Summer of 2025
This facility offers a safer, well-maintained, and gated environment, ensuring an excellent experience for our athletes and their families. To further enhance security, police officers will be present to patrol the area, providing peace of mind for everyone involved.
